I bought tickets to go to Scotland way back in September for the holidays. Well I got this nice email yesterday saying my flights have changed. For some unknown reason they cancelled the flight I need to take and the next one available to me was 30 before my flight home was scheduled.
I called orbitz and they tried to work it out and now they refuse to give me a refund unless I reschedule my whole fly schedule which I can risk losing my flight over. So I had to buy whole new tickets to leave Scotland, which has cost me even more money.
A tired to file or call in a complaint and they are not allowing me to do so. I cant believe they waiting soooo long to change this and give me no options except cutting my vacation short by 2 days and have an 18 hour layover.
I am so pissed.
