I was at an offsite for the past two days. I did send in the request last week, 7 days ago. I gave them the "printer name" as well the real printer name and what the issues. Well they called me 4 time while I was gone and decided that that meant it was resolved. WTF!!!!!
I resent the request and told them as nicely as I could to send a REAL person out here to fix it. I know we still have a few people over at the data center, get them over here and fix the damn thing!
