This hasn't happened to me since College

I must be really tired, exhausted. I fell asleep on the couch yesterday evening. Now that is not new. I have done that in the past.

What happened when I woke up, well lets say it has been years since I felt like that. In college when I was studying for mid-terms or finals. Or having to write a term paper. I would fall asleep because I need the rest. I would wake up hours later. Mostly in the evening. I would not notice how dark it was outside. I would look at the time and thing "Oh S***, I missed my class. I am so screwed. After running around the house in a panic I would notice that the clock would say 11pm not am and I would start to relax and then go back to sleep.

I fell asleep around 5 I would say. I had a nice salad for dinner and just sat on the couch and stared out at my wonderful view. Obviously I fell sleep. I woke up when I heard my computer beep. I had a new message.

I got up and went to the computer. I saw it was 6:50. I was convinced that was wrong. It was not that late. It was only 4:00. I found my watch and misread it. I got it all backwards and it showed what I believed, it was 4 o'clock. Then I panicked. I left work early and did not tell anyone. I went to the window and looked out and started wondering what I was going to do. Was I going to get into trouble....

Then my rational head came back. I started to think, wait a minute. I did not leave work late. I went back and looked at my watch again. Sure enough it said it was almost 7. My computer clock was correct.

It was weird feeling like that again. I hope I start catching up on my sleep soon. I don't want any more of those in the near future.
